Marchal wishes you a happy New Year
On this festive night, we offer you a special New Year’s menu created by our talented Head Chef, Andreas Bagh:

  • Champagne and Canapés
  • Carpaccio of Norwegian scallops, jerusalem artichokes, oscietra caviar and hazelnuts
  • Roasted turbot with leeks and beurre blanc
  • Grilled lobster, chestnuts, bisque and pickled pumpkin
  • Truffles pommes pure with browned butter
  • Chateaubriand, onions and sauce bordelaise
  • Optional selection of cheese with condiments - DKK 225
  • Pear sorbet
  • "Gold nugget" calvados ice cream
  • Almond cake
