Our Breathwork sessions are an invitation to experience deep relaxation, inner peace, and renewed energy. During the session, you will be guided on a heart-opening journey where presence is at the center, allowing you to dive deep into your inner core.
Through both calm and intense sequences, emotional blockages are released, and you will find renewed energy.
The session gives you the opportunity to:
• Lower stress and improve sleep
• Boost your immune system and cleanse your body
• Release stiff blockages in body and mind
• Find a deeper connection to yourself and make clearer choices
10 minutes - Welcome and Introduction: You will be introduced to the key facts about breath and meditation.
30 minutes - Guided Meditation: Conclude the session with a calming meditation, an exploration of your inner self, accompanied by soothing meditation music. This meditative experience aims to harmonize your energy, promote mindfulness, and create a complete sense of calm. Join this holistic journey to relax, rejuvenate, and attune yourself to the deep connection between breath, body, and sound.

What to bring: Yoga mat and optionally a blanket, as well as a water bottle.
