January and February in Copenhagen can be long and bitingly cold, but fear not, because Fastelavnsbolle season has arrived in Maison – a beloved Danish tradition with artisan pastry to brighten up even the darkest of days!
This year our pastry chefs have created different delicious interpretations of the festive bun.
This years flavors:
- Vanilla & salted caramel
- Coffee & walnut
- Pistachio & raspberry
- Coconut & passionfruit
- Classic Old-fashioned with custard and remonce

DKK 55 for the Classic Old-fashioned

Maison is open:
Monday - Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
Sunday: CLOSED

Please note: there is a minimum pre-order of 3 pieces of Fastelavnsboller.
Not possible to pre-order the Classic Old-fashioned fastelavnsbolle.
