YO/ME by Julie Schulin is a modern yoga concept with focus on music, power and alignment between body and mind. Julie has been practising yoga in LA, New York and Copenhagen for many years. We are delighted to partner up with Julie and offer her unique brand and style of this ancient exercise.

"Yoga is a lifestyle of well-being. It is a science between body and mind. It is a powerful workout for your body as well as your breathing and helps release a lot of stress. It prepares you for the day and direct your focus on what you CAN, your attitude, mindset and energy”.

Music gives us power and energy and enhances our mental state of mind. YO/ME with Julie and her team use our beautiful and calm surroundings to manifest your own power and presence regardless of the surroundings. Namaste.

PWR Yoga. Level 2. (Intermediate).

Wednesday classes 08.30AM to 09.30AM:
Strength & Stretch Flow. (All levels). 

Strength & Stretch Flow is a music infused vinyasa class to strengthen the body and ease the mind. A perfect way to start the day and direct your focus on what you CAN, your attitude, mindset and energy.

Thursday classes 5PM to 6PM:
PWR Yoga. Level 2. (Intermediate).

Saturday classes 10.30AM to 11.30AM:
Energy Flow. Level 2. (Intermediate).
