Marchal's Winter Menu

From November 17 to December 26 (not available on December 24), Marchal is serving a delicious winter and Christmas menu served as lunch and dinner respectively. Both menus are specifically assembled with reinterpreted Christmas courses accompanied by exquisite wines. All this to be enjoyed in the beautilful surroundings of restaurant Marchal. 

LUNCH MENU
Noon – 4.30pm

Salmon with winter salads, horse radish and corn
Baked hake with cabbage and mussel sauce with fennel
Grilled duck breast with beets and sauce gastrique with long pepper
Ris a la mande ”d’Angleterre”
