Join us for an exclusive evening at Balthazar Champagne Bar, where Champagne and gastronomy come together in a sparkling celebration of flavour and craftsmanship.
At Chefs Social our very own Alexander Baert collaborates with talented chefs from around the world, and invite you to an intimate experience featuring live preparation and service of complimentary canapés, each thoughtfully paired with the evening’s selection of exquisite Champagnes.
On 15 January 2026 the guest star is Swedish Hampus Risberg, chef at Punk Royale in Copenhagen. The event will take place at 18.00-20.00 - hereafter, the bar is open as usual.
Let yourself be immersed in the elegant atmosphere of Balthazar — a place where fine bubbles flow freely, conversation lingers, and the spirit of indulgence fills the room. This is an evening designed for those who appreciate the finer moments in life — where every sip tells a story and every bite reveals a new layer of taste and texture.
Kindly note that participation requires pre-order of at least one bottle of Champagne. Snacks are on the house.
