Do you always glance at the dessert menu before the first course has even arrived? We understand you – and on October 3rd, we have created a dinner where your sweet tooth can finally take the lead.
Welcome to The Sweet Escape – an extravagant tasting menu where the world of desserts takes center stage, complemented by savoury surprises from Marchal and a next-level pairing of cocktails, bubbles, and wine from Balthazar Champagne Bar.

We gather 12 guests around one long table in the Creations Pop-Up Concept, where dimmed lights and a touch of decadent indulgence set the tone. From here, you will have a front-row view of Freja Krarup – Head Pastry Chef at Maison, winner of Cake of the Year 2025, and a true dessert artist – who, together with her team, will prepare and present the dishes live before your eyes.
The menu unfolds in eight courses that weave together sweet, salty, and tangy flavours in an unexpected symphony of taste: from refined cakes to playful ice creations. When the drinks meet the desserts, it is guaranteed to be a heady combination that sparks pure dopamine.
This is an evening for grown-ups with a taste for fun, sweetness, and a little tipsiness. More rock’n’roll than Afternoon Tea, more social dining than a quiet dinner – and certainly something you have never tried before. After all, who says the best should always be saved for last?
