Valentine’s Heart Cake for two: Elderflower mousse, whipped vanilla crémeux, strawberry and lime gelée, almond sponge, marzipan coating and glaze.
Swans: Meringue, vanilla mousse, raspberry gelée, whipped vanilla crémeux and white chocolate.
Both items are available Friday 13 February and Saturday 14 February only – pre-ordering is recommended.
Box with printed macarons: Assorted raspberry/lime ganache, bergamot ganache and salted caramel.

Valentine’s Day is for everyone, not just couples. Visit Balthazar Champagne Bar for the drinks, stay for the energy, and - just maybe - leave with a new connection.
For Valentine's Day we recommend our signature cocktail Bisous Bisous, a sweet, creamy and fruity sip.
For a flirty gimmick, order a Cupid's Arrow, send the shot to someone in the bar and see what happens.
