Join us at Marchal as Head Chef Alexander Baert crafts a memorable menu to accompany the wines of the legendary Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe in Châteauneuf-du-Pape — presented on this evening by winemaker Nicolas Brunier.

 

For over six generations, the Brunier family has cultivated vines on the renowned La Crau plateau, a terroir famed for its ancient stone-strewn soils and distinctive mineral character. Guided by a philosophy of sustainable and respectful viticulture, the family creates wines that embody the essence of their historic land — elegant, balanced, and full of personality.

 

During this exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner, guests will experience bespoke dishes from Marchal’s kitchen, thoughtfully created to complement and enhance the unique expressions of these iconic wines. Nicolas Brunier himself will guide the evening, sharing the estate’s philosophy and enriching the experience with stories and insights from his work.

Price: DKK 2,795 per person including water, coffee and sweets

 

The concept of the seating is social dining. Guests will be seated together at beautifully set long tables, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere - perfect for sharing the experience with fellow food and wine enthusiasts.
