Join us for a special edition of our signature Chef’s Social series, this time created in collaboration with Krug. For one intimate evening, two Krug Ambassadors from Michelin-starred kitchens come together to celebrate the extraordinary relationship between Champagne and gastronomy.

Marchal’s Head Chef Alexander Baert welcomes Daniel McBurnie of Restaurant LYST to Balthazar for an exclusive experience of live preparation, storytelling and exquisite taste.

Enjoy a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition, accompanied by six specially created snacks, prepared and served by the two chefs themselves.

The Krug Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition is an experience in itself: a blend of 150 wines from 13 different years, with the youngest dating from 2017 and the oldest from 2001. More than two decades of careful craftsmanship come together in this exceptional edition.

Throughout the evening, the Champagne will be paired with six canapés, while Alexander and Daniel share stories and insights from their craft – following their Krug Four Hands Dinner at Marchal the evening before.
